Compal sees over 10% growth on month in June revenues; Inventec suffers small decline

Compal Electronics has announced consolidated revenues of NT$76.71 billion (US$2.56 billion) for June, up 12.8% on month and 34.57% on year thanks to the contribution from Compal Communications. Meanwhile, Inventec’s June consolidated revenues dropped 0.56% on month and reached NT$34.55 billion.

Compal shipped 4.4 million notebooks and Inventec 1.6 million units in June.

Compal had consolidated revenues of NT$372.45 billion for the first half, up 11.39% on year and shipped 10.6 million notebooks in the second quarter, up from nine million units in the first.

Inventec’s consolidated revenues for the first six months of 2014 were NT$221.59 billion, up 8.63% from the same period a year ago.

Wistron shipped 1.9 million notebooks in June.
