Connector maker Sinbon Electronics saw its consolidated revenues grow 32.38% on month and 18.75% on year to a record high of NT$1.238 billion (US$37 million) in January 2016.
Increased sales to the green energy, industrial application, medicare and automobile sectors contributed to strong sales performance in January, said the company.
In January, sales for industrial applications totaled NT$367 million, green energy applications NT$310 million, automobile applications NT$132 million and medicare NT$119 million, added the company.
Sales of connector products for solar power modules alone surged by 240% on month in January, the company noted.
Sinbon posted an EPS of NT$3.69 in the first three quarters of 2015. EPS for all of 2015 is expected to reach NT$4.50, according to industry estimates.
